Feeling Unfocused?

FEELING UNFOCUSED?

Because they may have a positive impact on your life, I’m going to share some personal stories of how the core shamanic practice is working in my life, and how it could for you.

So, journey with me and explore what is possible when we understand what it means to connect with our helping spirits for guidance and healing.

As we look forward to the arrival of the Spring Equinox, when the Earth’s power brings forth her life-force energy, it is important to understand the need to shed all of that which is old.

In the Fall trees shed there leaves at the winds command, as winter draws to a close, snow and ice melt away to reveal the softening soil in preparation for the beauty that is new growth, and blossom.

The sun shine ever brighter, moving through darkened spaces to allow for the power of light.

We too are part of this process, as we open to the shedding of our past.

We talk of spring cleaning our homes, and so we do the same for our thoughts, and intentions, making space to ready ourselves for everything new.

So too, is cleansing our spiritual nature for wellbeing.

When we rid ourselves of old attachments, we are ready to embrace the full power of who we truly are.

My own experience with shamanism has helped me clear away negative energy that I’ve unknowingly taken on, so I can feel more confidence about living my life from a place of clarity and focus.

Whenever I feel unfocused, or scattered in my energy, I know it is time to do some clearing and releasing.

I don’t need to know where the feeling comes from, although on occasion I do. The important thing is to realize that something is blocking my life force.

We can be affected by other people’s negative energy, perhaps through carelessly spoken words, or actions that have the effect of upsetting our emotions, and the confused thoughts that cloud our mind.

These are all attachments that weigh us down, and cause us to feel tired, restless, frustrated, and unfocused, all of which contributing to taking away our sense of wellbeing.

“…a factor in the return to shamanism is a
recent development of holistic health approaches actively
utilizing the mind to help healing and the
maintenance of wellness.”
