Why We Feel Overwhelmed

WHY WE FEEL OVERWHELMED

Have you noticed your friends are calling you more often these days?

People seem to have a lot on their mind, and want to talk about it.

Stepping over the obvious elephant in the room, this isn’t something new from my experience.

It’s that general feeling that life isn’t going the way people had hoped. That proverbial gap between hope, and reality.

Let’s explore that thought for a moment.

Think of your mind as an open book, and when we’re born, all the pages are blank.

Then as we journey through life, we begin to fill it up with our life experiences.

Every thought, every action, every experience, and nuance recorded on those pages.

As time passes, the pages turn and turn, and as part of the natural process, the relevance of some of those experiences are no longer important, and yet they still take up space in our minds.

The result is you have to churn through a mountain of experiences, a lot of which are no longer valid, to answer the simplest of questions.

Our minds, like a computer when its hard-drive starts to get full, slows down, and ultimately grinds to a halt.

And that’s why we feel overwhelmed.

This is when our minds need its version of a system upgrade.

New information and experiences, to help us find new ways of reclaiming our power.

I had reached this point some years ago.

I needed to release what didn’t serve me anymore, so I could see my path more clearly.

That path turned out to be what my website is about, a way of living, and thinking, with time honoured tools to help put the control back in my life, and move forward more confidently.

That’s what I do, I show people how to install a system upgrade, so that they can be all of who they are.
